By constructing future scenarios, the program reveals the possibility of the collapse of underground infrastructure and the spread of the fatberg (a solid mass of grease, fat, and wet tissue paper), which will ultimately lead to the Earth's surface being covered by the fatberg. With the armillary sphere at its core, the installation combines the planet Fatberg with traditional celestial research tools to emphasize the importance of the underground world to the environment.
By recording the daily actions of volunteers, the installation demonstrates how individual oil and grease emissions can form a fatberg. the public can participate in the information visualization and model interaction, taking away a replica of the fatberg as a reminder to promote sustainable behavioral change.

The program provides a platform for the public to learn about the underground world and environmental issues. By participating in the installation and the information visualization display, people can have a more intuitive understanding of the causes and impacts of the ‘fatberg’ problem, thus increasing their awareness and knowledge of environmental protection and raising awareness of this neglected area of the environment. As well as provoking thought about flushable waste, we should also consider the wider habits of food consumption, waste and disposal of greasy products.
